After coming off a long hiatus with the release of Ghetto Dope Vol.VI Diamond Demarco gets right back into the mix with Vol.VII. One could argue that this is the tightest of the seven releases. He seems to get better and go deeper with each release backing up his motto of Quality Street Music. "I make music for the ones out there in the streets legal or illegal getting it how they live" That's what Ghetto Dope is all about..It's a brand and a movement. This release features new music from Ace Hood, Rick Ross, Kanye, Tity Boi, Swizz Beatz, Jay Z, Jeezy, Lil Wayne, Lloyd Banks, Waka Flocka, Fabolous, Gucci Mane and Drake and it's brought to you by your favorite DJs favorite DJ.
DJ DIAMOND DEMARCO - GHETTO DOPE VOL.VI

Featuring music from Lil Wayne, T.I., Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Gucci Mane and many more.

It's been a minute on a new mixtape review right? I ask myself once a day...are mixtapes even relevant anymore? Reviews...not so much. I mean you can Google any mixtape and find a link and decide if you fuck with it or not. Why do you need to know what I think? Mixtapes are still relevant tho, even more so on the street. Given that they shut Canal St. down this week in NYC maybe that's false. (laughs) But off the net cats are still fiendin for CDs but the online shit has made those digital manila folders disposable. You got one faction scooping up CDs and the other faction with full ass recycle bins. I can't call it but the game as a whole is close to the edge...and cats are pushin'.

Regardless, it's a new Diamond Demarco mixtape. No disrespect to the other cats on the CD. Being that's the case you know Rick Ross is heavy on here. Some Guuci, some T.I. and Wayne too. It's that Trap Music, that shit that makes you feel like a boss. That soundtrack to your life music...real or imagined.

GHETTO DOPE VOL.5 - SOUNDTRACK TO MY LIFE

Diamond Demarco blends some of hip-hop's top lyricist for Vol.5. Going against the grain and getting away from the dominate music sound of the south. In doing so the argument can be said that this is one of his dopest mixes thus far. Sounding more like a soundtrack to the streets,he dubbed this one "Soundtrack To My Life". No playlist needed click and see how it goes down. Like Jo Jo says in the drops "You already know what it is!!"
